Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards. We use Paypal.

Is it possible to have my order rushed?
Send Grandma an e-mail at: grandma@grandmasshoppe.com. Let us know when you need your merchandise. If a rush delivery is possible, we will get back to you with additional shipping fees and arrival dates.

How do I know if I will be charged tax?
You will only be charged sales tax if your shipment is delivered to the state of New York. A sales tax of 8% will be added to your order.

How do I return an item?
E-mail us at grandma@grandmasshoppe.com within 10 days of receiving the item.  We will issue you a return authorization number (RAN) and a shipping address. Please put the RAN on the outside of the box.

Items being returned must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached.

We must receive your return within 10 business days from the date that the RAN was issued.  You will then be reimbursed via Paypal.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded.  We recommend you purchase insurance and track your package, as we are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

If an item is returned in less then satisfactory condition, no refund will be issued and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Returns and Exchanges:
Custom Orders and wall art are non - refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Refer to the product description to determine if the item is a custom order. If the item is not a custom item, we will be happy to issue you a refund, exchange or credit, less the shipping cost.

Delivery Information:
The merchandise you ordered may be shipped from several locations, and items may arrive separately.

We use several shipping carriers and will choose the best one suited for your order. We want you to receive your items as quickly as possible.

Many of our items are custom made to order and require a specific time for delivery. Please look at product information for approximate shipping time.
